Hi, the issue is in the Elementor v3.1.X plug-in, not in the pro or commercial version.

Hi, same problem when trying to upgrade to version 3.1.4 from 3.0.9. All the pages were damaged in some sections (Footer, heathers, page content sections, etc). Please follow the link to see my reported issue about this.
