Hi Chris,
I’m not asking for custom development, I’m asking for Facebook to change the way the plugin works. Thanks
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Maintenance Mode] Prevents to edit acf fields in admin panelWe also have the same issue, are we any closer to a fix?
Cheers
Magic, thanks for your help!
You gave me an idea with your SSL theory
I’ve enabled TLS v1.2 on nginx (we only had v1.3), perhaps that may solve the issue?
Hmm, I’ve run an update but only got a nginx package that needed updating. I’ve installed that.
Can we continue this via email?

Ok, give me a moment and I’ll run an update…
I’ve disabled the firewall through the dashboard now.
Ah that’s the MalCare plugins party trick, it’s called “WordPress Backup & Security Plugin – BlogVault” when it’s disabled but MalCare when it’s enabled!
Caused a bit of head scratching in the past. I’ve reenabled it now.
Do you think it is the cause? I disabled it before and it didn’t seem to make any difference.
@ryanhungate should be active for you now. Cheers
Hi Ryan,
You should have an invite on its way to you now.
The only security plugin we use is MalCare, feel free to (temporarily!) disable it for testing. I’ve already tried with it off but no dice I’m afraid.
Cheers
Matt@ryanhungate thanks for the reply, I’m 99% sure we’re not blocking any specific user agent headers. We host the sites on our own servers.
I’ve checked the logs and can’t see anything being blocked…
