Sorry for getting back to you late on your query, There may be some plugins conflicting with QuickApp that causes abnormal functions.

Also, You can use your default html5 website as mobileapp but you have to customize QuickApp.

here are my replies for your question,

1. Is it possible to choose which pages go on the menu? Or better yet, to choose a specific WP Menu?
QuickApp currently did not support page or menu sorting.

2. Following the same line of thought, any way to order the pages on the menu?

3. We have a responsive theme with which we are very happy. Is there a way to disable the web version of the plugin and just use it to feed data for the native apps?
If you know how to work in php script you can disable its mobile agent so your responsive website will be open in the app or you can ask for our support and we can assist you in it

We are sorry to hear that you deactivated our application and could not use the free version, the reason for that not to work could be that at times there are plugins in the websites that creates conflicts in compiling the application and even at times make the app crash and does not work. you need to get back to us and we can assist you in it.

Thank you for pointing this out. We will make correction as per your suggestions if you feel this is confusing but over there mentioning all platforms were to tell users that QuickApp is supported on all of these platforms.

Thank you for posting your query to us, first of all let me clear this that QuickApp when compiled gives you the option to download the app in your computer and you need to use your Android Market account credentials to get the app uploaded in the play store all by your self it does not get auto uploaded at all.

Secondly if you have deactivated the plugin it should be not create any problem or conflict with the website. Let me know the URL of the website that you have compiled using QuickApp so that we check that it in our end and inform you accordingly.

I am sure you would have tried again and would have successfully downloaded the .apk file after some time.
