I am seeing a similar issue (white screen of death). I am using WP 4.3 and running Windows 10 with the edge browser. If I check on my remote hosting site I can see that the wp_snapshots folder has been built and has entries. It has been over 30 minutes since any new file creation activity. Could it be broken?
