YES!! That fixed it! I thought I had been through every single setting page inside WooCommerce. Is this a new field that was added in a recent version? We’ve never had this error before until we upgraded.

Does anyone know the best way to reach WooCommerce support? I have submitted a support ticket, started an online chat, and posted in this forum, but haven’t heard a word back yet.

I have also spent nearly 12 hours personally trying to troubleshoot and resurrect this issue.

This is an urgent problem as our website is currently down and cannot accept orders.

OK, so this is painful how long it’s taking to get this resolved. As you can see from the screenshot that I posted above, the Select (User Role) field does not show up as an available field in the Select an Option dropdown. That was my original question – why does it not show up as an available field?

Does anyone know why this might be happening? I’m ready to go live, but I need to have this role field on my register form before I can do so.

Hello-

I do have version 3.7.6 installed. When I go into Profile Builder => Form Fields, there is no Select (User Role) Field in the list. I only see Name, Username, First Name, Last Name, Nickname, Display name publicly as, Contact Info, Email, Password, Repeat Password.

And if I drop down the Field element on the top of that page, it doesn’t show there either.

We are having the same issue on our website. Has anyone found a Woocommerce Paypal plugin that actually works?? They all seem so buggy and cause inconsistent errors and results. Our website had been working flawlessly for years, and all of a sudden I can’t find a payment plugin that we can trust.
