    Contacted hosting and they’ve reset the theme, but Customizr is still the problem. Any ideas on how to get my theme back?

    No it didn’t unfortunately. This is what comes up:

    Yes, that’s what I continue to see when trying to access my site however I have changed the theme in admin and Twenty Fifteen is active.

    Thanks, but my site seems to have reverted back to its original “clean slate”, meaning all of my data is gone and the default theme is Twenty Fifteen. Switching to another theme makes no difference. At least, that’s how it appears in the admin page end. I cannot view the site to know for sure.
