I have followed the instructions in method 2 of the link – thank you.

When I view my wordpress website and click on the link to restaurant for example the address bar changes to https://127.0.0.1/WordpressCMS/wordpress/restaurant as I wanted it to do.

However the webpage cannot be seen – object not found.

Is this to do with my permalinks?

When I go to edit that page it shows the permalink as:- https://127.0.0.1/WordpressCMS/wordpress/restaurant

However when I try to view the page here it cannot be found either.

How to I get wordpress to create the page names as restaurant? The pages are all created dynamically.

i will just have to change the path on upload to server.

can you point me in the direction of navigation and how to link the pages. Its all dynamic at the moment so my page links are not working.

Any ideas for the image links inside the javascript files themselves?

At the moment I have put the full path:

https://127.0.0.1/WordpressCMS/wordpress/wp-content/themes/newtheme/images/left.gif

Which when it goes live i will need to change. Is there a wordpress way to do this?

ok, thank your for your help.

I have added the content to the wp database and created a theme template and created pages for my site.

Now, I can add content to the pages but wp doesn’t call in the content so I can edit it. How can I get wp to do this.

Is wp the best way for a full content managed website? or am i best looking into another alternative option.
