CRM Perks Integration for Salesforce plugin has been a breath of fresh air! It works as advertised, AND has amazing support.
We’ve all been there, a client asks for a new feature or integration, and after some research we have a half-dozen or so solid sounding plugins to fit the bill.
Then you start going through them…
* One has no trial
* Another has none of what you need in the trial, only in the paid version
* A third seems like it’ll work but you hit what seems a minor stumbling block, post what seems a simple question to a forum after not finding your answer among previous questions. After a week with no response, you notice there’ve been no replies for months to any posts.Not with Samer an his partner. The free trial clearly shows what’s available and allows you to get started with a proof of concept right out of the box, while the paid-ap option rounds out the feature set.
And support? How about same day replies and/or a direct phone number with Zero hold time?
Oh, and those couple bonus features you didn’t even think to look for? If they’re not already there, there most likely already in development.
We feel lucky to have started with this on, avoided the usual travails, and will start the next search for an integration with them.
