Q.) Suddenly our store give value $0.00 to any coupon applied to all simple subscription products. When applied to a simple product the coupon works fine. The type of coupon is store credit/gift card. When i tried a different type of coupon like “fix cart discount” the coupon also works fine.

A.) Sorry for the trouble you are facing. We were able to replicate the issue in our local environment. I have escalated this to our development team, we’ll notify you as soon as we have more updates on our progress.

Hi @ckadenge.

I think is related to the changes WC did to validate coupons emails with version 6.2.0. Nothing has changed in the smart coupons plugin and changing the WC version fix the issue.
I will open a support ticket for smart coupons as well. Thanks

Hi. just an update. I replaced the latest version with an old 1.3.8 after confirming with Pagely that the redis-cache was disabled on the site.

@xxxxxxx:~/sites/xxxxxxxxxxxx.com$ wp transient type
Transients are saved to the database.

With the version 1.3.8 I enabled the redis cache again on the plugin settings. i deactivated the plugin and activated the latest version again. When i check again redis-cache was disabled again.

Just turned on both and no errors showed up.

I had done some updates today and when i tried to flush redis-cache i found the settings page also empty. My redis-cache was updated on sept to version 2.0.15. There are no console errors when displaying the settings page.

Hi. I was able to pre-populate wc checkout forms with the following parameters:
https://site.com/?add-to-cart=1234&firstname=NAME&lastname=LNAME

I guess recent wc updates changed the name of the autocomplete fields now being:

?given-name=NAME&family-name=LNAME

but this is not working. i found this article that doesn’t use the autocomplete field names but the actual id of the field but is not working either.

I’ve got the reply from Prospress. They correctly described the process that happens if you purchase using the front end checkout.

Their response was:
‘Subscriptions updates the customer role to Subscriber when it registers that the subscription is in Active status. Only customers with subscriptions in Active status will register with the Subscriber role. “status”: “active”‘

But creating or updating a subscription via rest-api to “active” status doesn’t update or change the user role from “customer” to “subscriber”.

i will continue the commmunication by email with Prospress.

It looks that the select2 is being affected by the update. It makes it flicker so all the option in the status dropdown. it flickers when hovered.

After doing the update and cleaning cache the list dissapeared. I will wait until the next update is available to let you know if the list shows up again.
