thank you for the feedback. All days (except Sunday) were already selected. I couldn’t find any other incorrect settings either.
However, I simply clicked on “Update Settings” in the settings without changing anything. This solved the problem. I therefore assume that something has hung up in the background.

thanks for the feedback. The category at each product is indeed ShOP. I do not use other categories. But how can it change spontaneously? Before the problem, however, it was not the category that was displayed, but the product name + the color attribute I set. That also makes sense to have a proper declaration on the label.

I doublec checked the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (DHL) ) field. It’s filled with the HS Code (39199080). So nothing changed.

Hello Schadi,
thank you very much for your answer. However, I do not fully understand it. The workaround by adding a description “Sale of Goods” is not a solution. “Commercial Sample” is also incorrect if the products are sold.
I can’t quite understand why Sale of Goods is shown on the label and meets the standard of the CN22 / 23 form, but you don’t offer it as a possible option.
How do we solve the problem without changing the plugin? A real suggestion would be appreciated.

the default currency is Euro. Based on the geolocation of the customer, the website is displayed in EUR, USD and GBP. With the customer order, the invoice is also issued in the automatically selected currency EUR, USD and GDP. The customer himself cannot change the currencies.
This means that WooCommerce runs through the entire ordering process in the respective currency. Only the label takes EUR, regardless of the currency with which the customer has paid.

thank you very much for the feedback. No. I can’t confirm it, however I am not willing to take a risk from a business point of view. With more than 100 packages a week, I have to make sure that the packages are declared properly.
In addition, I think the “Goods of Sales” item is selectable for a reason.
