I am having the same problem. The plugin is useless without a fix for this.

I’m having the same problem on several plugins as well. Running PHP 5.3 on MAMP and also looking to go up to PHP 7.

You should be able to remove it if you login via FTP, go to wp-content/plugins/ and delete the ‘php-compatibility-checker’ folder.

I had issues with the plugin running PHP 5.2 as well. Upgrading to 5.3 solved my issues.

Also, what version of PHP is installed on the server? You can find out by logging into cPanel and going to Software > Select PHP versions. If it’s 5.2 like me, I suspect that is causing the problem. Only a guess on my part, though many wordpress plugins are developed to only work on PHP 5.3 and above.

Sorry, my mistake. cPanel’s ‘server information’ reports on the left hand side of the main page that it is PHP 5.5.38. However clicking the PHP Selector icon in cPanel says that the current version is only 5.2. Time to upgrade I guess!

I installed 1.3.1 and it works now. Thank you for updating it! I’m seeing two numbers at the bottom – number of queries and memory usage.

I worked through deactivating plugins and themes. There is an apparent conflict between your plugin and the Pure Line theme. When it’s switched to a default theme the QM plugin works and network sites are accessible.

Pure Line hasn’t been updated in 2 years so I’ll look at updating to a better one. Thanks again for your help.

Thanks for the quick reply. You’re probably right. There are 40 plugins installed (not all are active) so the chances of a plugin incompatibility are high. I’ll test during a non-peak hour and post the results here.

Sorry for the late follow up. Yes, it is Newspaper 7 theme by tagDiv I’m using.

A plugin like Peter’s Login Redirect works great for that sort of thing.

Thanks ecadem for your help. However I decided to use a different plugin instead of continue to troubleshoot this one.

I’m also having trouble with quotes and dollar signs. It truncates content in the email and I’m only receiving partial submissions.

I need to use it with my current mail server so is there a solution to this? Is there perhaps an issue with the charset in your plugin’s mail script?

In spite of your latest updates to fix all the bugs, unfortunately the drag and drop feature is extremely buggy. I created a Custom Text box, dragged it to the bottom of a form and it shows up at the top when viewing online. I keep trying to re-place the text box and it still shows at the top no matter what I do. But in the backend it shows it’s at the bottom. So in its current state the plugin is not usable for me.

Also, the default formatting and styles are very hard to override. It would be easier if you left an option for the user to use their own custom stylesheet instead.
