Bit of a nightmare hey?!

We ended up saving a copy of the database, then deleting and re-installing wordpress. You have to re-do your themes and plugins but it works again after.

The Menu tab doesn’t give me an option to add a URL, only Navigation Label, Title Attribute and Description.

Page Attributes has:

Parent – Contact Us
Template – Default Template
Order – 0
