THought I was going mad. Switched to using mac mail as it recognises reply to protocol. Also, no issues with outlook either on desktop or phone. Hopefully Google will sort this.

I had the same issue with latest Avada theme and that fixed it. Important for those running into this issue to do what ‘Oliver’ suggested and change to the standard wordpress theme before disabling any plugin. If you can see the spinner after changing to the theme the fix posted by Jon Fergus will most likely solve your problem.

All spinners were not working, not just woocommerce so i removed the ‘.post-8’ at the beginning as suggested.

Also, if I change the images to a larger icon size for the play and pause buttons, will I need to edit your style sheet?

Hi, maybe i wasn’t clear. I’m already using dependencies to show/hide fields, this isn’t my issue right now.

The ‘caluclated field’ doesn’t have an option for ‘if fieldname’ it only has an option for ‘if value’. Therefore I am assuming this needs to be created within the script element to achieve what I am after, as it can’t be achieved otherwise as far as I can tell. Thanks ??

Hi, thanks for getting back to me but unfortunately I’ve had to move onto another solution as it was affecting customers etc.

Can I politely suggest you consider moving to a paid version or subscription model so you can justify investing in support. Email is a critical application and not a ‘nice to have’. This is a great plugin and you clearly know what you’re doing. It’s likely that 99% of the time and even in this case its was user error or a code conflict of some sort. A speedy response (within 24 hours) and a comprehensive troubleshooting guide would go a very long way with existing and new users.

Ok, if the devs not able to feed back right now, can anyone help with this issue? Anything that may point me in the right direction. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. Created new keys, gone through all the steps but for some reason its still not working. Working fine on another of my sites.
