Ok, my issues were with the WordPress PinSuite plugin. Deactivated and it is fixed. Sucks, because I loved that plugin!

I am having the same issue on two of my sites.

Can you direct me to someone who I can PAY to help? I can’t lose 3 years of blogging and my only income because of a freaking sidebar!

I am crying here. My blog is my only income and because of this issue, I am out about $200 in lost income right now.

As I said, I purchased it from someone else, SHE IS NO LONGER ABLE TO BE FOUND, therefore, I can not get support from her. Am I just out all of my money?

How do I get support for a theme then? I paid to have this installed, but now that person is nowhere to be found :/

But you don’t know HOW to fix this issue? Who can I talk to?

I can’t use support, it is asking for “Follow the instructions provided on the Theme Download page (link to the Theme Download page was sent via email after your purchase was completed).” but I do not have that. I did not buy this, the person who did my site did. This person has vanished from the face of the Earth apparently…..

Um…I am tech illiterate for the most part. I learn fast, but need to be told at least once ?? Where do I find index.php file?

Yes, as I said, I did that already. “and chose the correct page layout in settings” Not sure where to take it from here.
