In reply to: Whitelisting IPs in htaccessAh, I do actually already have the ‘Better WordPress Security’ plugin installed on my sites.
So, by whitelisting the IPs with them that will do what is necessary?

In reply to: How to Remove Text Re HTML Following CommentsI’m totally surprised no one here can help with this problem.
Surely this is something encountered by most people who use comment boxes?

In reply to: [Online Backup for WordPress] Auto Backups FailHi Jason,
Thanks for that. I have 7 blogs,so I’ve changed the backup times from between 9 pm and 11 pm just to spread them out.
I’ll report back if there are still issues.

In reply to: [Online Backup for WordPress] Auto Backups FailHi Jason,
It’s the latest version of backup I’m using on all my blogs.
From the Help and Support area:
Online Backup for WordPress Plugin Version 2.2.18
WordPress Version: 3.5.1Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WP Mobile Detector] Conflict With W3 Total Cache pluginProblem resolved, now working fine.
I’d entered ‘websitez_is_mobile’ instead of websitez_is_mobile. Oops!

In reply to: [WP Mobile Detector] Upgrade Causing Symbols IssueAnand Rathor, it is probably best for you to see if anyone else has already asked about the same problem elsewhere (unrelated to this plugin).
If not, then ask the question about the problem you are having, perhaps on the WP forum itself. The folder is on troubleshooting so you will hopefully get an answer there.

In reply to: How to Remove Strange CharactersI’ve found the problem.
I very recently upgraded the WP Mobile Detector plugin to the latest version 1.7.5
So, I decided to make the plugin inactive, and the problem cleared. This happened on all the sites I had upgraded the plugin on.
I have notified the plugin authors so am waiting to hear back from them.

In reply to: Footer below Templatealchymyth, wow, it worked, thanks so much.
It’s annoying that such a small thing caused the issue, especially as I was sent that code to place in the Widget.
Thanks for everyone’s help, it’s much appreciated.

In reply to: Footer below TemplateI think this is going to be a ‘needle in a haystack’ scenario. With the amount of pages and plug-ins I have on that blog this could take forever to track down.
Unfortunately I think I might have to admit defeat on this problem.
Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: Footer below TemplateAh, now I see it on lines 405, 406 in View Page Source. Now the question is how do I remove those, since they aren’t in the widget box?
In other words, where do I access that code?
Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: Footer below TemplateWeird.
This is a copy and paste of what is actually showing in that widget box.
<script type=’text/javascript’> var tamco_code_slider=new accordion.slider(“tamco_code_slider”); tamco_code_slider.init(“tamco_code_slider”,0,”open”); </script>
None of these are there – </p>
