The strange thing is: sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. With new subscribers to Mailpoet it works great. But existing subscribers, adding them to a new list doesn’t trigger the action.

To be clear: I dont use the trigger: First buy through Woocommerce. I use just another welcome-email.

First they are customers to be and subscribed to a list through a form. This works: They reveceive the welcome-e-mails according to the rules set. Let’s call this list: intromails.
Then, after they decide to buy something, they are also added to another list (say customers) through the interface with Woocommerce, (this works) and should be getting other welcome e-mails for which i have set the rules. Those e-mails are never sent.

Thanks for the answer. The situation is that the customer doesn’t have to pay, because i gave him discount. SO the whole payment gateway plugin isn’t activated at all. Which is like how it should work. And because of this Woocommerce will never receive a notification.
But the order should be marked as ‘completed’. This doesn’t happen!
And that’s why the order gets rejected.
