Same issue for me. I am desperate ! Does anyone managed to solve the problem ??
I have subscribers and they cannot confirm because they still not receive the confirmation email (sent with Mailpoet) (since 2 days !!).

For those who may not know how it works, Simple Custom CSS in its tabs offers the possibility to choose the page you would like to modify.

You can just use this CSS:

div#gwolle-gb-total {
display:none;
}

You can add this with a plugin like Simple Custom CSS.

Where exactly am I supposed to hide this, please ?
