how can i upgrade my version of PHP if i use easyphp and the version of php is 5.4.24

I already download the latest version of WAMPP and i had the error sent in the post, may be the cause of this error is the WP, please what is the version that i can use to start

please could you send me the links that what i need like XAMPP and WP to have what is s required
