Yoast says here https://yoast.com/xml-sitemap-in-the-wordpress-seo-plugin/

“The index file, sitemap_index.xml, should be submitted to Google Webmaster Tools automatically if you have the ping setting for Google on.”

So where should I activate the ping setting he’s talking about? The Plugin setting page for the sitemap says that google get pingend automatically…

In a nutshell: I’m confused as well ??

Thanks a lot for your time! Dont want to break stuff, so I came up with the idea to first open a small flash file with just a infobox about the filesize and then by clicking on the ok-button in this file, the big file starts loading.

but i’ve no idea if fancybox autodetect a flash-link inside a box opened by fancybox itself and then open the file in another fancybox (?).

Thanks for your answer. Im afraid, that i dont have the skills to do so. But if you could give me a hint, where the loading wheel is saved(and i found, that its not the fancybox.png or the fancybox_loading.png), maybe it could help to place a kind of a “be patient”-message instead.
