I also have just had trouble with that credit card box. I seem to really need all the fields filled in before showing space for someone to enter card numbers. Also noted that if the billing field get populated it will not show unless you manually clear and type in the billing zip code???
It’s not a solution you want customers to be messing with but may help someone looking into it?
As for the Disconnect & Reconnect… Since they recently fixed It I have been able to run through that process successfully unless my site has a login plugin to hide the wp-admin. Once I deactivate that the Woocommce reconnects and works.
Continues to work after wphide is reactivated. Just seem the connection only seeks wp-admin?

I got into their Square and removed the App…….Then uninstall the plugin inside WordPress. and reinstalled both side like a brand new set-up.
This did let me run a test purchase with a bit of a hangup on the website checkout ( spinning wheel for some time ) but it went through.
Triggered all the appropriate emails delivered PDF product and also showed up over inside Square as a transaction.
However the message is still atop the admin area
Haven’t had a real sale go through yet will follow up later

even deleted and re-installed plugin.
Although all the info for the plugin was saved so not like we really entered the info for the first time.

I am afraid that to whitelist these IP’s we would first need to see these hitting our platform and being blocked but we cannot currently see any such connections under those IP’s in relation to this package.

Thanks for the reply. I cannot see anything in our logs when searching for those IP’s or anything related to that plugin when searching for any 403’s and similar errors that would suggest we are blocking this I am afraid.

We try to do this all again today a few times. When I go to Square it doesn’t seen to really log me in anywhere over there. I just get a page that read more like a verification.

OK, I put the shortcode on a separate page all by itself.
No pagebuilders extra editors etc…Just a blank page with the shortcode.

Turned off all other plugins…switched to default theme

BTW Your suggested method to troubleshoot doesn’t work as it removes the info from the page.
Even trying to run it backwards and deactivate the plugins one at a time does the same thing once you get into a plugin that is used on that/those pages.
