Didn’t work for me.

Did you tell it to completely remove the files?

I had to uninstall it, reinstall it and reload my images. Fixed it.

Just moved a site from a sub directory and have the exact same error.

How did you do this?

What do you mean “we really can’t help”, maybe you can’t but there is no doubt in my mind there are plenty of people on this board that know exactly what I’m talking about and how to address it.

Perhaps it is time to not be so negative and lazy and just push things off just like that developer?

Thanks James but did you bother READING what I wrote? I clearly stated in the second sentence “The developer has been no help at all”. Ive been waiting 4 week to just get help with the updated theme. That is why I posted here.

FYI I posted this on their board and they told me it is not something they offer. Hence, my posting here hoping to find some real help. Not this kind of thing.

I posted this in another thread but it might help some of you finding this. The developer helped me figure it out when this was happening to me. It was that a few of my images sizes were too big. That pause to load such a big image was allowing the time out. I reduced the size and it fixed the problem.

I was having trouble like this and Allaerd tracked it down to some of the images I had were pretty large in file size. I made them all under 100K and it zips them right up now. Don’t know if that helps you all.
