In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Event Tickets Plus APIHello @ibarrere,
You’re most welcome. I’m glad we’re all set!
If you have a moment, I would really appreciate it if you could share your feedback with others. You can leave a review for Event Tickets here.
By sharing your experience on www.remarpro.com, you’ll demonstrate the power of using The Events Calendar for event management to others. Plus, you’ll totally make my day. ??
Either way, I’m here if any questions come up!
With gratitude,
Hello @dschmidtke,
Thanks for your reply.
The best solution is to remove the registration of custom template you created and use ours just like you would on any site editor template.
I hope that helps. Please let me know if you need anything else.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Event Tickets Plus APIHello @ibarrere,
Thanks for getting in touch with us.
For API information, check out our guide on The Events Calendar REST API Reference
An Event is created using a common REST API pattern by sending a POST /wp-json/tribe/events/v1/events with the correct data.
You may get more information about our API by using the /wp-json endpoint, like this:
Events: /wp-json/tribe/events/v1/doc (for example: https://tec.com/wp-json/tribe/events/v1/doc)
Tickets: /wp-json/tribe/tickets/v1/doc (for example: https://tec.com/wp-json/tribe/tickets/v1/doc)And for more, visit?https://editor.swagger.io/?and once on the site, go to?File > Import URL?and enter your site’s domain with the json URL to see the methods.
I hope that helps.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Free Version List ViewHello @sakina990,
Thanks for getting in touch with us.
#1 The Events Calendar is not 100% compatible with the Elementor page builder. However, we are all compatible with the native Elementor widgets and the shortcodes for Events Calendar Pro.
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/using-tribe_events-with-elementor/
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/native-elementor-widgets-for-events-calendar-pro/
This is also a great idea, so if this is something you would like to see in a future release, please submit a feature request on our Ideas page.?
#2 It’s worth mentioning that the behaviour is intended. However, you can show the events list with pictures using shortcode, which is only available for premium users – https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-with-the-tribe_events-shortcode/. If you’re already a user, open a ticket here and we’ll be more than glad to assist you further.
#3 Here’s an article on how to show past events – https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/past-events/.
I hope that helps.
Hello @peter8nss?@leogermani?@mattkcostello,
Thanks for your patience.
We’re back with some good news! This issue with our plugin throwing a Telemetry fatal error was fixed in the latest release of our plugins.
Please update The Events Calendar/Events Calendar PRO to their latest versions to apply that fix to your site.
As always, we suggest testing updates on a staging site first and having a recent backup, but it should all be smooth sailing.
I hope that helps. Please let us know if you need anything else.

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Attendee list webhookHello @audioboon,
Thanks for getting in touch with us.
Displaying the attendee list in an API format doesn’t require GDPR compliant and returns as long as the site is not behind a login or a firewall/security plugin. I tested with my test site – https://share.zight.com/YEuzdRQq.
I tried checking the link you shared and it seems that your site is currently suspended – https://share.zight.com/9ZuLNx8K.
If it returns a 404 error, you need to set the site to public (if it’s private) or disable any security plugin or firewall.
I hope that helps. Please let me know if you need anything else.
Hello @jenniferwright,
Thanks for getting in touch with us.
Our plugin uses the default WordPress date() and time() formation.
To enable event time, go to Settings>>General>>Time Format – https://share.zight.com/wbu5k9qo.
I hope that helps. Please let me know if you need anything else.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Events Manager – Events not visibleHello @morgana17,
Thanks for getting in touch with us.
Could you share a screen recording of how you’re creating the events. May I know if you did publish the event as well?
Refer to this article – https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-an-event/.
I hope that helps. I am excited to hear back from you.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Events 404 after importHello @mvdhoek1,
Thanks for the suggestion.
@siergiejten, could you confirm if all event details were imported? If yes, a workaround for now would be to simply click on “Update” to update any imported event.
I hope that helps.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Event Description TruncatedHello @hroelke,
Thanks for your reply.
I suspect there’s a conflict that’s causing the issue here. It would be good to test for conflicts. Could you follow the following steps?
- Deactivate all other plugins except for The Events Calendar Plugins.
- Switching to the Default theme.
Please read the?Testing for Conflicts?article before doing anything.?
To be safe, we’d recommend conducting tests and updates on a?Staging Server. Also, please keep a working backup of your website. Once done, do share a screenshot or screencast/error log of the results.
Also share a screen recording and a link to where the problem persists.
I hope that helps. I am exicted to hearing back from you.
