The main image above the polls is the featured image of the poll post. Maybe you have not added on there yet?
Regarding images added in the options, we will do a test tomorrow to see if we can replicate the issue.
Sometimes, plugins to optimize images may cause issues. If you use any, please try to disable it and select the images on the poll again, save and check if this time works.
Since every site has a different environment, plugins and hosting, it’s not easy to determine the issue for us.

You are requesting a poll feature for BuddyBoss from the wrong company, right?
It would be best to ask them directly for a poll feature as part of their platform and not come to the repository and damage poll plugins, working hard to improve and develop their product.
You can find polls on their roadmap in progress here.
Why should we invest our time in developing something that is coming from their side and is natively integrated already?
Giving a 1 star because we do not integrate with BuddyBoss is unfair.

Currently there is no integration with these plugins.
we have plans to integrate ours with BuddyBoss platform during 2024.

Finally, I got it sorted, seems that this plugin it is not necessary if we have the premium plugin, and the instructions from this one are not compatible with the premium plugin installed.
Fallback URLs recommended are completely different in this free plugin and in the premium one.
Likely that was the mess I had.

Hi Thomas, thanks for taking the time to help.
I still unclear, during the creation process for the custom app, one field is ‘Secret Key’ that based on Helpscout instruction is a number that I have to choose.
If that is correct, I have created my Secret Key and I have placed it in the mentioned field.
Then how to generate your random string? and where to place it if there is no field for the random string in the custom app on helpscout?
I have added this to my wp config and still not working.
