They are showing up in the stats plugin WP Statistics from Verona labs. When I follow them I just end up on the Index page. The thing is we use this same theme and plugins in other sites and they don’t show up.

For caching we are on siteground and they have their own plugin for that that works with their servers. But again, there are half a dozen other sites on the same server with the same setup. This is the only one that does that.

No, I don’t think that is spam. I would imagine you don’t bother to read the terms of service or TOS when you sign up for things. I bet you just check that box and move on. Companies reserve the right to reach out to you for you using their “free” plugin. They spent time which is money creating the plugin you used. Do you think they should just give that away without anything at all from you even if it is just information on why you uninstalled it?

I tried to get help with several issues for 4 months and have all the support tickets to prove it. The only time they were really concerned was when this negative review came up and then they only wanted to address the smaller issues.

OK, disabled all the plugins. Still broken.
Changed the theme. Still broken but when all the plugins are disabled the page is all messed up but the content that is missing shows up.

The content is there I believe. It shows “Missing Widget” when you go in the back end to edit the page.

Hi Kenen, the reason you got a 404 is because it’s been up here for 2 week and we need to keep moving on with the project. The site is live now but the problem still exists. https://www.toocooltrafficschool.com/florida/florida-handbook-course/ scroll down the page past the girl with the double thumbs up on the green background. The next row is the page plugin. The details tab is there, click it and the details appear.

As I mentioned, I tried the trouble shooting steps of disabling all the plugins in the site and it still errors. But because I wanted to make sure we didn’t miss anything I went in and disabled the plugin for the exit popup (Exit Popup by Brontobytes) and it did not have any effect. I cleared the browser cache and the website cache too just to be sure. I’ve left it off for you to see.
Thoughts?

OK, since you sent me there I read that “0 for default. Must be greater than 7 and 10-20 or higher is recommended for most servers” and changed it to 10 and it worked.

Thanks, there was stuff in the trash that I emptied but I don’t think that is it. Reason being is that the first post is still live and has relevant info in it so I don’t want to delete it. But when I changed the slug on that post it now creates new posts using that new slug name from that first post. Do I have to delete that first post all together and recreate it? And just to make sure, I tested it again after cleaning the trash and it is still using that first post slug.
