    The EU VAT Assistant doesn’t interfere with the WooCommerce PDF Invoices plugin, which will produce its invoices as it normally does.
    If needed, you can write a customisation for that plugin (or we can write one for you), to extract some of the data collected by the EU VAT Assistant and display it on the invoices.
