I’m looking for the same solution, to make wpDiscuz work with learndash Courses, Lessons, and Topics and if possible also in Focus Mode.
Seems you found a solution. Unfortunately, I don’t understand the stuff in the developerscodex. Could you share the code snippets you used?

THX Problem solved.

Hi there.
Serious clash between ASTRA and PEEPSO!
All functions doubled. Activity, profile, members… everything.
I do NOT find, see or detect doubled shortcodes.
I think it’s and ASTRA bug because on 2 other templates I use for dev (Generatepress & Total Theme (envato)) everything is OK.
Setup done on MAMP for testing Only Astra free and Peepso core. Cleaned Cache. Cloudways test server. NO other plugins.
Please help!

Problem resolved.

Sadly a plugin conflict with myCred. Strange innit? myCred is rather widely used…
