Yes the plugin is helping to calculate the shipping cost.
We are also working to add the icon back and allow our merchants to have access to their store through Woocommerce.
What other features would you like to use?

The icon has been removed in the plugin to be compliant with WordPress policies. We are working to find a solution and releasing it soon.In the meantime, the plugin does help to calculate the shipping cost, but if you are encountering any issues while connecting your store, publishing a product or processing an order feel free to reach out to me or to open a ticket with our Merchant Support.

I understand that the plugin isn’t working as expected for you, and I will try to provide more details.
1/ We removed the link in the menu to Printify when we updated to 2.0. The plugin is here to help to calculate the shipping, please check if it works as expected.
The 2.1 and 2.2 were released to fix some compatibilities with other shipping plugins, it wasn’t related to the Printify link in the menu.
2/ You can check your connection in your Printify store, if there is an issue with your store connection and you are not able to publish products or get orders, feel free to reach out to me (francois/printify/com) or to our merchant support through your Printify admin.Please let me know here or directly via my email address how we can help to fix your store connection and we will investigate further to solve this issue as soon as possible.

We released today a 2.2 version with some bug fixes so please feel free to upgrade to the 2.2
Regarding the menu item in WordPress Admin. In version 2 there is no link in the menu anymore.
The plugin is working and if you are trying to use it (Add products to your cart) does it calculate the shipping costs correctly?Please let me know if there is any issues with version 2.2 as well.

We released a fix in the 2.1 version available since Tuesday.
Can you try to upgrade your plugin to this version and it should be fixed.
If the issue is still occurring feel free to add a post here and I will investigate.

1. Where exactly this error occurs?
2. Can you disable Printify shipping method and check if the error still occurs?
