We updated the HubSpot plugin this morning (V8.7.7).
And the same “400 bad request” problem happen again, but only on back-office dashboard page : wp-admin/index.php

Same problem with the last version of the plugin

I had the same problem (latest version of Category Posts Widget is breaking my layout)
i download the patch version and it fixes the problem.
