the problem is probably related to the container of the countdown.
The id of the div is #ujiCountdown so you should increase the width of this div to make all the elements staying on the same line.
In the free version of Uji Countdown isn’t possible to customize the style in a deep way, so you need to modify it directly from the Plugin editor.
