Hi,

I’m experiencing the same issue “Fatal error: Uncaught Exception: Serialization of ‘Closure’ is not allowed” and contact WP All Import.

The error is a conflict in the wp-content/db.php file that is added by QM as a drop-in to the plugin (see Plugins >> Drop-ins) so even if Query Monitor is disabled the Import function thats used by WP All Import still causes a fatal error.

WP All Import advise that its a Query Monitor issue and thats who should provide the fix. so for now, I need to disable query Monitor and also rename the db.php file to make the imports work.

Very grateful to QM providing such a useful free tool, but is there a solution to either 1) fix the conflict between the 2 plugins or 2) have the db.php file be removed or renamed after disabling QM.

Hi Jillian,

thanks for the screenshot. Those settings are checked and its not the attributes i’m having trouble with, its the stock quantities that are not syncing. The feed itself does not seem to update, no matter what interval I set it to. When I try to update the feed in the “Manage Feed” section, the action does not update the feed at all.

The only way it works is if I edit feed and click on “create feed”, the old feed gets overwritten with the new data. So, basically, I need to create a new feed every time.

My understanding is the plugin should do this automatically ie sync the quantities as per the settings. I know i need to purchase the Pro version as I have more products than the free version allows, but I need to make sure this actually works before paying for it.

Can you let me know if i’m doing something wrong in updating the quantities? Shouldn’t the feeds just update according to the “Feed Management” settings, mine is set to update every minute (while troubleshooting).

thank you for the reply. I’m not sure what setting you are referring too, could you please explain further?

I’ve looked at all the settings and cannot see any “overwrite” setting.

Hi there,
thanks for you reply. I increased the execution time to 300 sec, but that also timed out. I also see the Memory also maxed out when processing the feed.

@petrp Dont hold your breathe, They’ve been promising the conditional pricing for 3 months or more and the developer has even told me its almost ready (many times), although now does not respond to my emails. I purchased the Pro version specifically to get conditional pricing. Given up after 3 months.

I gave them a 1 star review due to lack of honest support, which is a pity as this could be a great plugin.

still waiting to hear when this will be implemented. I’ve reached out via your email but now its not being answered. Your site is now always in maintenance. I’ve purchased your Pro version too, with promises of SKU and other features upcoming, yet those are not available after many months of waiting.

Are you still actually providing support and updates for your plugin?

It would be a lot better if you simply advised you would not implement requested features, instead of advising customers of timeframes but not meeting those promises.

Pity the support is so bad, as the plugin is so close to being amazing ??

Thank you for considering an additional feature. On further thought would it be possible to add a bulk price option for a certain amount of samples.

Basically, as an example, 5 samples for $15. This will make the charge for 1-5 samples $15, even if they order 1 or 2. Free shipping.

Would be great to set this for each additional 5 samples costing $15 too. Example, 1-5 samples for $15, 6-10 for $30, 11-15 for $45 etc

Adding some sort of cart message showing how many samples they have left for selection would be ideal.

Hope that makes sense, do you think this is achievable?

many thanks for your reply. I’m afraid I cannot open those images as I need to create an account with Photobox. Saying that, I found a solution using another plugin. There was nothing wrong with yours, but the other plugin had the solution out of the box (from what i could see) and suited my needs perfectly on the day.

thanks for the info. I went ahead tested with Health check and still get the same error message when only activating Elementor and Popup Maker.

I also did a sandbox test using Twenty Seventeen theme, Elementor add on and Popup Maker. These were the only things I installed, still get the error message.

I also tested Elementor page builder on a page and it worked fine. So it appears Popup Maker is not compatible at this stage.

BTW I used https://poopy.life/ as the sandbox creator.

Please let me know your thoughts.

thanks for your reply. 25 Events is not a problem, the issue is the feed skips a month and then lists the events.

Is this because there are more than 25 events and the feed show the most recently added? So if there are 35 events on my FB page, it will only show the newest 25?

I’m just a bit confused because surely you would want the feed to show the most up and coming events.
