Hi @wpnexa , Would you mind elaborating on what you mean but inserting a custom template? How is this done? If you can grab a loom.com video showing the issue itself and how it occurs I can suggest.
In the meantime this guide might also help – https://docs.elementor.com/article/235-update-issuesHi,Since you are an Elementor Pro user, you can open a support ticket at my.elementor.com
ref: https://elementor.com/help/how-to-submit-a-support-ticket/I’d also suggest you check out Elementor Community Group on Facebook. We have created it to connect Elementor users together and share knowledge, Global Elementor Community.
@keerwebdorks Thank you for your reply.
From the looks of it, this is probably a server resource limitation issue. Can you reach out to hosting provider and ask them to check error logs for the page and let you know what error do they see. Also, ask them to increase php timeout, increase memory limit of your site, increase database connection limitation which is probably causing this issue.

https://elementor.com/help/publish-update-button-not-work/@dremeda Thank you for the update on this and sharing the workaround. The theme author should check and resolve the conflict as this seems to be a theme specific conflict only.
As for your query- The feature is not beta, these are experiments and we want our users to explore these new improvements but we also understand not all plugins/ theme will make updates as quickly which is why there is an option to disable them when needed.
Beta version of plugins are always installed only if user opts in – https://elementor.com/help/elementor-developer-edition/
Regards,Hi,
I hope you are doing well. I have further check and can confirm this is not an Elementor issue here. You are using shortcode widget and inside it use a shortcode ( not sure which ) to generate the layout. If the shortcode does work properly with the image title on a non elementor page ( a page with Gutenberg for example ) you can reach to the author of the theme on this as there is probably some conflict with the rendering of the image here which causes this. It’s worth to also swap theme and test incase you use the default WooCommerce shortcode.
This is not controlled by Elementor at all.
Regards,Hi,
Checking further on your site, I see the header is built using Elementor, So it seems you use a plugin/ theme function to use elementor template as header template ( not by using Elementor pro’s header footer feature though ). Which means the system is loading a elemnetor template and this is an expected behaviour. You might want to talk with the theme/ plugin that lets you do this and also check this guide – https://elementor.com/help/dealing-with-flickers-fouc/#:~:text=Embedding%20of%20template%20stylesheets%20in%20the%20footer%20rather%20than%20the%20header.%C2%A0
Regards,Hi,
If you had created the layouts with sections you could do the same, by going to the sections and making sure the padding is set to 0 for each of them and also by going to the inner column of the section and making the padding to 0 as well.
