Oh, a little follow up, My wordpress is version 4.9 but my backup was from 4.4.3

I deleted this wordpress install and copied the workign blog into the directory and went through setup, still not working.

That page has been moved, and while the issue hasn’t been solved, we removed starbox on that page and worked around.
