    Hi Niklas,

Thanks for your response. After some testing, I’ve determined what I believe to be the issue but I’m not sure how to resolve it without asking customers to disable a default setting on their device.

I believe this is being caused by increased privacy measures on Safari, specifically the Hide IP Address from Trackers setting. When deactivated and set to Off, the checkout buttons appear to load without issue. I’ve repeated this action on another iPhone belonging to a friend with the same successful results.

Could it be possible that PayPal is using a tracker and is requesting an IP address from the device which Safari is then disallowing, thus causing an infinite loading cycle?

    Thanks.

    Hi Shaun,

Thanks so much for your response.

Ah yes, that makes sense in regards to the refunds.

As for the daily report, I can see that the documentation states that today’s date is the default, but I’m unsure how to run the default get request. It seems to always want me to specify one of the options – week, month, last month, year. I’m using Python, by the way.

Please excuse me if I’m missing something obvious, I’m very new to all of this.

    Thanks again.
