In reply to: [CalculatorPro Calculators] CALCULATE button just leading to HOMEHi Damian,
Everything looks okay on our end. Perhaps you have another script on your page that is interfering with the calculator plugin. Try disabling any other scripts and see if that helps.

In reply to: [CalculatorPro Calculators] Change currency symbolHi Sandeep,
You can change the currency symbol in the calculator text by purchasing the customization options for the calculator at our website. The cost for a single calculator is $29.99, or $99.99 for lifetime customizable access to all the calculators.

Can you post a link to the page you are trying to put the calculator on, as well as the code you want to embed?
Thanks!

In reply to: [CalculatorPro Calculators] Calculators Not Available in DropdownHello,
Are you using the same browser to view the page both live and on localhost?
Can you verify that you are connected to the internet when trying to view the page online?
Perhaps you could try refreshing the page and trying again. The results in the select box are loaded in real time and you may have caught our server (hosted through Amazon) in a rare moment of downtime.

In reply to: [CalculatorPro Calculators] Options are disabledYou’re exactly right; there is no difference between the free calculators on our site and the ones in the plugin. You are welcome to use either method to embed a calculator!

In reply to: [CalculatorPro Calculators] Options are disabledYou do not have to go to our site to use the basic CalculatorPro plugin.
Here is how to embed via the plugin:
1. Upload the plugin zip file to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
3. Go to Settings->Calculator Pro to autogenerate your calculator shortcode.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [CalculatorPro Calculators] Options are disabledAll of our calculators are free to embed. You can embed via the wordpress plugin or straight from our site for free.
If you want to customize, though, we require a fee to help keep things running smoothly. This was a change made about 6 months ago. The good news is that we offer many more customizations from the site than were ever available in the plugin!

In reply to: [CalculatorPro Calculators] Options are disabledAll of our customization options *inside* the plugin are greyed out. You have to go to our actual site to customize and embed a calculator (and yes embedding straight from our site works fine on wordpress sites too).

When you say “options,” do you mean the settings shown in this screenshot?

In reply to: [CalculatorPro Calculators] Can this plugin doHello,
Unfortunately we are not set up to produce calculators that have a multi-page flow. However, we would certainly be able to produce a calculator with functionality similar to that on the site you indicated; but all the inputs would be on one page, not in a multi-page flow. Does that help answer your question?
