Hmm, all input text/data from the form will go to the same emailaddress everytime, and you want instructions to be sent to that emailaddress everytime someone submit it?

Sure just add the instructions to the [EMAIL > MESSAGE] in the option section.

Insert a Captcha on the form before submit. Note that you have to make questions with answers.

For example,
[quiz quiz-668 1/ “1+1=|2” “2+2=|4” “3+3=|6”]

This will block the botspam as they cant figure the answers ??
