I’ve got the same problem, when I submit the quiz to get answer, I’ve the following message : This quiz is in draft mode and is not recording your responses. Please publish the quiz to start recording your responses.
The last version of QSM are installed 8.2.2. WordPress 6.4.2. I’ve tried staging website with all extension disable except QSM and theme Twenty Twenty-Four. All security disable from WP-Tiger. The error message are still here.
There’s nothing more to disable. I think the error come from your plug-in.
