I have had similar issues with the Mobile Usability issue, in addition the Mobile Content section below the desktop content is not working with my theme either. I have also attempted to reset my login details on the WP Touch website, but no reset options are emailed to me. Also this is day two of using there support email address with no response at all. I fear the worst, that they have stopped working on the support and also new versions of the plugin.
