can not upload getting image HTTP error.

can any one help me for this issue is this problem is because of any plugin .

it happen After deactivated and activated the jetpack plugin I can not see comment and liks in wp-admin on foodies-cooking.com but I can see the appropriate comment when I go to manage the sit through wordpress.com. foodies-cooking.com is connected WordPress.com account via Jetpack

as I have seen it should appear on the place Featured Image box but it did not . and I want to Know some more thing if you can help me can I add post slider in this theme if yes which one is good, and how can I show facebook page comment on site .

when I click on set Featured Image it took me on media I choose image and I click on set Featured Image but it does not show on place
