alright, there was a mistake in the Code which was send to me by email. It was: define('ALTERNATE_WP_CRON' , true );
I inserted the correct code now and was able to do a backup but when opening it, I got an error message saying “error 2 – no file and no folder exists”

And I found the other backups, apparently the plugin makes a backup every day:

I planed a weekly backup every monday but it keeps losing my inputs.
I tried to open one of the older backups – same error message.

You mean changing the permission of the 3 backwpup-files, right? I did it but nothing changed:

HI, Thank you for your quick reply. I was able to change the permission to 770 (the hosting support told me, i would not need 777 because of some reason he explained but I forgot meanwhile…)

A little instruction of how to do it or wich widget I should use would have been nice. But don’t worry: I will find out on my own!

To anybody who has the same problem: the solution is very simple:
Go to your database (phpmyadmin or your webhoster…), look for wp-users and wp-usermeta, export both and import them to the new database. Might be that you have to delete both folders in the new database before your are allowed to import them. But that’s it.
Note that you import all users with this, not only the vendors but wordpress users as well. And the passwords too.

Can you maybe help me with another problem? I want to give a present to each product and I want the client to choose one from a list. But I have a multivendor store so I need to show to the client only the gifts from one vendor and not all gifts. Do you have an idea how to solve this? The products are marked as “hidden”, they have no price and the have a sub-sub-category (each vendor has his own sub-category and a sub-sub-category for the gifts).
