I know this is a old post but +1 to the problems above, i’ve just spent a few hours trying to solve this aswell.
when x-frame-options is set to DENY the plugin details and other iframes dont work correctly, obviously this is by design of the x-frame-options but at the same time wordpress needs to use something different to iframes going forward.
