FYI, this has been fixed in WPBook 2.1.

The following fixed some issues:

# sed -i “” -e ‘s|_GET|_REQUEST|g’ wpbook.php theme/index.php theme/config.php

I’m having the same issue and POST for Canvas is gone from the App settings.

Also, I can’t choose my Page in Add to my Page for some reason.

I can confirm the issue with 3.2.2 and WPMU 2.7.1. FWIW, I’m running lighttpd.
