In reply to: Can I restore/move site to a new multisite setupThanks,
I’ve run into glitches every now and then with export/import but I may try your suggestion on my localhost.
I appreciate your taking the time to lend some insight.
Correct. Knee jerk reaction. But keep in mind sites with an average # of plugins with some 100 of options; first I need to determine which plugin is at fault. Then what about the plugin is tripping the wire. In my case it was:
System Teaks > Filter Long URL Strings.

Good to know, sort of. I noticed it again a day or so ago and I don’t think it’s a shared api issue. I’m going to keep tracking this down and if I find an answer I’ll post back.

Did you happen to look at the image links?
I don’t understand how my site was logging alerts from those IP’s

In reply to: [WP Hide & Security Enhancer] Last update(?) breaks siteJust an update.
I was only using two rename options, for the theme and the css. Removing renaming the theme and leaving renaming css, Doesn’t break the site.
The dev got back to me and said they tested the plugin and everything works fine ??

In reply to: [WP Hide & Security Enhancer] Last update(?) breaks siteThanks tdgu!
I’ve got an email into the dev.
Also, this may be the issue. I was about to use the plugin “Child Theme Configurator” which I have used before on other sites (Astra/OceanWP) with no problems- ran their check to see if the theme was compatible – and it returned “Notice: ob_end_flush(): failed to send buffer of zlib output compression (0) in /home/xxxxxxxxx/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4339”
I’ve searched online but can’t find the cause or a solution without disabling zlib.
Thanks Manoj –
Seems counter intuitive not to be able to move that block
