I really like it and would also like to see some of the plug-ins that you are using.

One critique (from my poor eyes) is that the font size of the side bars is a bit small… Could just be me.

Ditto on the ads, its a bit overwhelming.

I would recommend breaking down those huge paragraphs a little bit, its real hard to read.

I really like the photos though… looks like fun.
