Hi! I had them look into it also and it seems it’s only being blocked when I use Safari on my iPhone. I was able to retrieve the label on my laptop with Chrome. Any ideas?

Hi, same. I just realized it on an order. The base price carries over but not the $5 add on fee.

Same here; my drop down content shows up but none of my free text boxes containing the customer’s notes show up on the order. Eek! Help!

Yup! It’s working now; I read on a different thread to remove the “required” option and I also had this symbol ” there following my bracelet sizing options. Another user said the ” caused it to break. When I removed both of those, it is now working again!

Hi! Thanks, that worked. Is there a way, however, to have Jan-June in column 1 and the remaining months in column 2? Also, now the comment section has jumped up and is next to the columns. How do I move that below the month section?
