On my first research I thought this issue is due to the Maximum execution time setting but after I have tried lots of different numbers still gets stuck. I also edited the .htaccess file as suggested but still the problem persist.
I am also on Litespeed.
Hi!
My server has max_execution_time = 60 and unfortunately it can be changed only by the host. The closest number I could get for “Maximum execution time for each scan stage” option is 30. This number makes the scan to progress the furthest but then it gets stuck. I left it more than 30 min and there is no update.
I have tried lots of other numbers below or above 30 but it gets stuck earlier in the process. Any ideas?
Thanks!

In reply to: .htaccess impossible to edit, delete or change permissionsYes, I have tried with the web-based cpanel as well but unfortunately the same result.
I don’t understand why the host suddenly decided to block my permission to this file without warning and the access to the blog. The other part of my domain works just fine, but not the WordPress. I will be curious to see what is their response but I thought someone else had the same issue.
