There is no longer any trial version for Squirrly.

As suggested, we’ve changed all the explanations from this listing to better reflect the Free Version and what it means.

PS: it was mentioned here that you should address your problems about the paid plugin on our own services. Here, you need to talk about the free version of Squirrly (which many people use, btw)

1) Is there a 14 day trial for your service?

It starts with a full-featured trial of 14 days. After the 14 days you can decide to go PRO, or keep the free version. The free version doesn’t have keyword research (it’s impossible to give such a thing for free) and it lets you optimize 5 articles / month.

2) What do you get with the portion of your service for that 14 day trial?

Everything that the full squirrly has to offer.

3) If there is a free trial period what happens when the trial is over?

The Free version is automatically activated, no harm done to the settings of the wordpress sites, nothing disapears.

Only when your keyword researches run out, you won’t get new ones.

You’re basically just creating confusion, when it’s obvious on our main page and the Pricing page that we offer a Free Version.

Squirrly is for content optimization and for measuring the results of your content marketing strategy, it’s not about SEO Settings.

That’s why they work great together. The SEO settings from Squirrly were made just for those who didn’t use Yoast. But if you use Yoast, it doesn’t make sense to keep the settings from squirrly activated.

You’ll be able to analyse keywords with Squirrly, get on-page seo tasks completed 100%, check how each article performed and get a weekly audit that allows you to track the most important aspects of your online marketing.

Yes, you can mix them together.

Make sure that you use the SEO settings from Yoast and you keep the SEO settings from Squirrly deactivated.

Most of our clients use them together.

I forgot to tell you that we implemented the feature that shows you the ranking of your articles, as you requested.

We’ve also made it show how many times your articles were shared on social media and on which social channels.

You can also see the Authority of the Page (give by SEO Moz) and the backlinks.

Have you seen the Keyword Research and Analysis tool in Squirrly + the SEO analytics in it?

Those are really the paid features. Squirrly can be used for free as well, if used just to optimize articles. Right now it only allows for 2 articles / month to be optimized for free, but we’re making that unlimited very soon (meaning end of July, beginning of August).
