You can use both plugins at the same time.

You can disable the options in the settings of this plugin.
I have not tested the operation of the two plugins, but I do not think there are any worries if the same features are used by both plugins, but it is a good practice not to repeat actions by several different plugins.

What I advise you is to use WP Total Cache and disable the options on this plugin that you used with Wp Total Cache
