Hello,

You have set the current zoom level = 5 and on the map page, it’s also showing zoom level = 5 (Default zoom value is 5.).

I have also tested it on the localhost with the same zoom level and latitude, and longitude as per the screenshot you shared.

So please Specify or change the map zoom level as per your requirement, it will be updated on the map.

Have you enabled the “Center by Assigned Locations” option from the backend?
If you enabled this option then the zoom level will not work.

As for your concern, we have tested the latest version, 4.4.4, on a local server and found that the <h4>, <h1>, and <p> HTML tags in Infowindow Message for Locations work correctly on the website’s front-end without stripping the HTML tags.
