Wait! I think I found out what I was doing wrong and I’m sharing so others can fix it too….I was using the Facebook API option to get my likes/shares…..I should have clicked the Social Snap App! That seems to be doing the trick. I hope the developer sees this and tells others

Hi, yes it doesn’t work. I guess I have to call my hosting company but this is strange. I have 3 identical WP sites and Jetpack is working fine….but this one is blocking it. These sites are under the same hosting account (but have 3 different names) Still getting the error:

Error Details: The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site https://tamaractalk.com [HTTP 403]. Ask your web host if they allow connections from WordPress.com. If you need further assistance, contact Jetpack Support: https://jetpack.com/support/

Oh ok I found out what happened. I bought the extension for $35 and when i set it up it was cutting off the text on all the lines….the bar to fill out information when from left to right and there was no padding or anything around it. I tried to adjust a few things, it was just difficult! They gave me a refund.

Thank you for your answer. I’m pretty sure I purchased this and then asked for a refund because it didn’t work. I could try again. Is there a support contact for this?

I’m sorry, that is just way too confusing to do just to show you. Can’t you help me just to fix the frame around this popup? Give me some tips? I have too many hits on my site to go live and no time to go through this. I hope you understand.

OK first thing:

It didn’t work when I set up category again with news. It looked like the photo above.

BUT

When I set it for “Select a condition” it works!

So not…unfortunately, until I figure something else out, it’s going to come up on every page….but better than nothing!!!!

Hi, Do you still see it now? I set the popup to all conditions. It still isn’t coming up for me. My IT person has also worked on it as well on the backend and took out a couple other plug-ins

Thanks so much. I cannot disable opentracker because that’s how I find out how my articles are doing on the entire site. I wish they would work together OR I could see how the pop up does on Opentracker but it’s not showing up there.

Please help. The analytics are still not working.
