In reply to: [Backup Migration] Staging ErrorHi iClyde,
All working now. The Permalinks were already set to “Plain” but I refreshed the Permalinks and cleared the W3 Total Cache and that seems to have sorted the problem.
Once again, many thanks for you help and great support.

In reply to: [Backup Migration] Staging ErrorHi iClyde,
I managed to create a local ‘staging’ site with the new beta version of the plugin. However, when I am on the staging site and go to any page it looks like it jumps back to the live site. I am using the Divi page builder on the website.
Many thanks for sorting it all out, great support.

Unfortunately, that table is required for our booking system.
Many thanks for your help.

In reply to: [Backup Migration] Staging ErrorHi iClyde,
Just installed v1.3.4.3 but the Staging still fails, although it gets a bit further before it fails.
This is the error code given: BMI-uKTUDoMt-85453
The error log has also been sent to you.Hi Steve,
Thanks for the testing. It looks as if it’s holding on to old FAQ’s that were already entered some time ago.
As this plugin was developed by Meta I’m not holding out much hope of getting this resolved.
Best Regards
IanI’m wondering if not being able to get to, and remove/update, the FAQ’s is something to do with the New Pages Experience (NPE) ? There are lots of bits that now seem inaccessible since the NPE update.
Also, if I add a new FAQ it doesn’t show up.
Let’s hope FB Meta sees this post and can fix it… not holding my breath.
Hi Steve,
Did you add the questions or were they added by Facebook? I have 4 questions. I may have added them a long time ago, but I can’t remember adding them.
Ian

In reply to: [Complianz - Terms and Conditions] Download link forbiddenThis doesn’t work for me either. I also get the error…
Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access this resource.I have WP Cerber running on my website. However, I did disabled it but still get the error.
Any help greatly appreciated.
IanHi Adam (@wpmudev-support8),
Thanks for the reply. I managed to find something about increasing the max_input_time to 180 (php.ini) on a Divi Theme forum and that did the trick. All back up and running and Defender is now working perfectly… great plugin by the way.
Very Best Regards
IanHi Jelena,
This is what I got back from my webhost…
It looks like this plugin required loopback connections. Unfortunately we do not allow loopback connections on our shared hosting services, so you won’t be able to use this one I’m afraid.
So it looks like it’s back to the drawing board ??
Best Regards
IanHi Jelena,
Thanks for the reply. I’ve now raised a support ticket with my webhost, who are now looking into it.
I’ll update this post with what I find out.
Thanks again
IanHad to roll back to version 12.0 to get it to work again!
